In practice since 1971, Grover has litigated cases at all levels of the South Carolina court system. Grover is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a graduate of the University of South Carolina law school and master’s program. Grover is a founding member of the National College of DUI Defense and the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. During his forty three years of practicing law, Grover has represented people in a wide variety of matters. His practice has been mainly focused however on personal injury, criminal defense, and domestic litigation.
