The American criminal justice system is not perfect. I would argue that it is the best in the world however. Any person who has been arrested and charged with a criminal offense knows the shock of sleeping in a jail cell and the uncertainty associated with “what might happen”.
Defense lawyers are tasked with the obvious duty of “defending” the accused. In my practice, “defending” can encompass independent review of the evidence, investigation of alibis, independent testing of forensic evidence, witness interviews, polygraphs, and other creative measures used to rebut the State’s case.
No two cases are ever alike and no result in one case dictates the outcome of another. What I provide clients is honest, dilligent, and zealous advocacy.
